Role Highlights:

As a pivotal Silo Manager, you will:

• Meet new clients and manage the workflows of 100-120 diverse SME taxation clients.
• Lead and expand your team.
• Spearhead growth within your silo and provide expert advice to partners and clients

Who We’re Looking For:

We need a proactive leader with:

• Extensive experience in public practice accounting.
• Full CA or CPA qualifications.
• A passion for developing strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in BGL 360 and XERO.
• A desire to mentor and lead a small, dynamic team.
• Experience or willingness to learn SMSF Compliance.
