Meet Nicole Mackenzie

To Nicole, everything is always better if done with a positive approach. She is always looking on the bright side of life and constantly searching for the good amongst the bad and learning lessons from every situation.

In her role at Wardle Partners Accountants & Business Advisors, Nicole primarily works in business development and operations as well as marketing functions of the business. She has a keen interest in innovation and utilising quality systems to ensure that all processes are systemized for an easy and efficient workflows.

Originally from rural New South Wales, Nicole spent four years working and travelling overseas before residing in Caloundra. Nicole is a proud mother of three girls and worked in the capacity of CEO of the home for seven years before joining Wardle Partners Accountants & Advisors in August 2010. On the weekends, she enjoys reading, beach days, hiking and going somewhere with her husband and kids.

She is passionate about health and wellbeing and loves cooking nutritious family meals with fresh organic produce using herbs from her own garden.  She tries to make regular visits to the gym and loves gardening or relaxing by the pool.  In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending time in nature; feeling the wind on her face and the sun on her skin.  If she had an entire day to herself she would like it to be at a health retreat.   

Nicole and her family have a love for animals and currently have:  1 dog, 1 horse, 2 rats, 1 bearded dragon and 1 Siberian cat.  Nicole also assists many charities, mostly through her local church.

You can describe Nicole as quiet but determined, kind and considerate, impulsive and adventurous. Her favourite quote is “Imagination is more important than knowledge”.
