Not necessarily. Our graduate and trainee roles are built for people who are still studying towards their CPA or CA, we know you’re not expected to have it on day one. For senior positions, we’d usually look for it, or clear progress towards one.
One of our team will review your application and reach out to arrange a time to talk. We keep the process straightforward, no lengthy multi-stage process for its own sake.
It depends on the role, some positions have more flexibility than others, so it’s worth asking when you apply. What we can promise is hours built around actual work-life balance: 8:00 am–4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and an early finish at 2:00 pm on Fridays.
