Meet Christie Cleyman

Christie radiates a positive energy and is always happy to assist others. She loves working with people and being part of a supportive team in which she can pass on her knowledge to help other team members to thrive.  

Having been with the team at Wardle Partners since August 1999, she worked her way up from receptionist to now being our Business, People & Culture Manager. With her positive ‘can do’ attitude and her knack and love for organisation, Christie has been an integral part of ensuring that our busy workflows are always in check and office systems and processes run like a well-oiled machine. 

Christie understands first-hand the pressures and the rewards of owning a business. Prior to commencing work for Wardle Partners Accountants & Advisors she ran a swimwear and clothing shop in the heart of Caloundra.  

What she loves the most about working at Wardle Partners are the people she works with, the variety of work and the ability to help team members on a personal level. She’s been grateful for the opportunity and the growth that has been presented for her to step up. 

When not at Wardle Partners, Christie enjoys family time with her two wonderful children and husband as well as catching up with friends. Christie is a social butterfly and enjoys going to the beach, camping, exploring the beautiful Sunshine Coast, wandering around the local markets, reading tarot cards and showing her moves in Zumba. 

Always willing to go the extra mile for people, Christie also supports a charity called Share the Dignity. She actively assists by making up handbags full of essential items for disadvantaged women and girls and encourages others to do the same.  

Her favourite quote is ‘if you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.’ This quote truly represents Christie’s approach to life and work. Her happy and positive outlook for life is infectious to the people around her.
