Please note the following Fair Work changes that come into effect from 1 July 2016:

  • The Fair Work Ombudsman announced a New Fair Work Information Statement from 1 July, that must be given to new employees;
  • A 2.4% increase to minimum wages will apply from 1 July 2016; and,
  • The new high income threshold will be $138,900 from 1 July 2016.
